Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which SynapseVector may issue refunds for purchases made through our website, platform, and digital education services. By purchasing any course, learning material, or other paid service from SynapseVector, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Because our products are delivered digitally and often provide immediate access to downloadable or viewable educational content, refund eligibility may be limited once access has been granted.

2. Digital Products and Course Access

SynapseVector provides digital educational materials, including self-paced courses, video lessons, learning modules, study guides, and downloadable resources. Access to these materials may be granted immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may consider refund requests in limited circumstances, including:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error
  • You purchased a course or product but were unable to access it because of a verified technical issue on our side
  • You submitted a refund request within the applicable refund period and did not meaningfully access or consume the purchased content
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer need the course or materials
  • You were dissatisfied for subjective reasons after accessing a substantial portion of the content
  • You failed to complete the course or achieve a particular result
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake but already accessed or downloaded the content
  • You did not cancel a recurring subscription before the renewal date, where applicable

5. Refund Request Period

Unless otherwise specified on the checkout page or in a separate written offer, refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may be denied at our discretion, except where a longer period is required by law.

6. How We Evaluate Requests

When reviewing a refund request, we may consider factors such as the purchase date, the type of digital product purchased, the extent to which the content was accessed, viewed, streamed, or downloaded, and whether the issue reported is related to technical performance or billing error.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we determine that the policy is being abused, where access to the learning materials has already been substantially used, or where the request does not meet the conditions described in this policy.

7. Subscription Services

If SynapseVector offers any subscription-based services, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue. Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to digital content may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. SynapseVector is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
